This food is for all people who love eating..

  Baked Lasagne

  Region: Emilia Romagna (North Italy)
Serves 6 people

Ingredientsgr.500 white flour3  eggsGr. 500 beefTomato SalsaGr. 100 grated pecorinoOnionsCarrotsCeleryParsleyButterOlive oilSalt Pepper

Procedure: Put flour and mix with the eggs, a bit of salt and a tablespoon of oil. Spread the puff pastry and cut into rectangles about 67 cm side that we put on a floured cloth. Collect pan in the chopped onion, carrot, celery and a teaspoon parsley, meat cut into cubes and a cup of oil. Fry over low heat adding salt, pepper and a ladle of tomato sauce. Cook over low heat for about 45 minutes adding hot water if the sauce shrinks. Cook the lasagna in salted boiling water a few at a time, then put to dry on a tablecloth. Put the butter in a pan, cover the base with a layer of lasagna, add the meat, sauce and grated pecorino abundantly and repeat. The last layer should be cheese. Put the pan in hot oven and cook the lasagna for about 20 minutes... my advice is to sip a glass of dry white wine, preferably.
